I USE EFT on a daily basis to help me with my own life and keep the peace.  EFT is a fantastic self-help tool, but working with an experienced practitioner can help you get started, if you get stuck, want to go deeper and/or help guide you through difficult emotions and memories. 

 

HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?   I offer new clients a complimentary 15-minute consultation - let's see if we are a good fit! During our first session together, we will chat to get a clear idea of where you are at and what you are looking for. Subsequent sessions will focus on your goals and identifying the aspects that are preventing you from living the life you want. Currently I am working with clients via Zoom. Please be assured that client safety and privacy is of utmost importance to me.

TAPPING SCRIPTS  Sometimes finding the words is hard! I offer customized tapping scripts for clients who are struggling with finding the right words, or for those who are just not ready to work with a practitioner yet but would like to try tapping. I come to you via Zoom and deliver a fun Introduction to Tapping. I will show you and up to 12 of your friends how to use basic Tapping to help you with in the moment stress relief.

1:1 coaching $125 per 1/hr session.

Tapping Parties: $22 per person, with $2 from each attendee going to a charity of choice.

Custom Tapping Scripts: $33 per custom script and link to a YouTube recording that is just for you. Price includes a brief consultation. 

General Tapping Scripts: $8 per script and link to a YouTube recording that you can tap along to.
